Team Work

Being an Entrepreneur we can't achieve a bigger goals if we can't work with team members. We can be very strong in many skills but we can't carry out all the tasks by ourselves. We need to leverage and work in a team.

When working in a team, we have to deal with many different people from different background and different cultures. This is the challenge that we will need to face and also the golden opportunity for us to learn. If we can work with all different types of people in a team, that means we will have less challenges to deal with the outside world. If we have challenges dealing with majority of the team members, this indicate that we need to further strengthen our skill set because I always believe there is no challenging people and it is only our wisdom not strong enough to handle the people in the team. Therefore there is always the learning opportunities there to expend.

The technology has been very advanced now a day. It has changed our living lifestyle and automated lots of human jobs. There is one area that will never be replaced by technology or machine. That is human touch. We cannot under estimate human touch. If we really want to be successful, we cannot lack of inter personal skill and we cannot stay away from interacting with people. Even when we have achieved a good track record or awards, we will still need to celebrate or recognise by a group of people. Without human interaction, whatever achievement will not be meaningful. Therefore it is important to build our rapport with our counterparts and team mate and team building is the best place to practice inter personality.

As a conclusion, being an entrepreneur if we want to go fast, we can go alone. But if we choose to go further we have to go with a team.
