In 2009 I formed Integrated Consultancy & Services to further expand my team. Currently, I am leading more than 30 associates in my agency of personal finance business. My long-term goal is to lead 100 associates and leaders to become financially free so that they will live their life with more balance and also be able to impact more on the societies.

I wish to lead my team to achieve more than financial freedom. Financial freedom is just the beginning of the journey. I want to inspire my associates to see the values of life, help them to transform into something more than what they are.

Financial freedom is just a status. What’s more important is why we want financial freedom and what values we can create. In order to achieve long-term fulfillment, we need to be crystal clear on our purpose of being financial freedom and know what values we are creating. Only that, we will be fulfilled and happy with our financial status.
